Using the service
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use GetAIPodcast. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the media you upload and the output you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload, including the consent of anyone whose voice or likeness appears in it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive or harass.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or resell the service without our agreement.
Credits
- Processing jobs consume credits at the rates shown in the app before you start a job. Credits for jobs that fail are refunded automatically. Free credits have no cash value and may change.
AI output
- AI-generated output can contain mistakes. Review transcripts, captions and generated media before publishing them.
Availability and liability
- The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and termination
- We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
